Power Drill
Phillips Screwdriver
1 3/8"  Hole Cutter

STEP 1:
Place LOC-R-BAR™ on boat deck midway across storage lockers to be secured.
 STEP 2:
Extend LOC-R-BAR™ bar to inside walls of boat.		 STEP 3:
While in aluminum mounts, place lock in LOC-R-BAR™ and bring to top of sidewall.
